[HP Case Study] Electronic Medical Record VPN for a Medical Institution in Hiroshima Prefecture
Introducing a case where an environment was realized that allows the use of the same NW address even with different bases.
We would like to introduce a case where we implemented HP and addressed challenges and requests. For the challenge of "using FLET'S VPN Wide in the existing environment, but the VPN speed is abnormally slow, causing disruptions to business," we implemented a VPN that utilizes IPv6 addresses with NGN network internal loopback. The ping delay during latency occurrences improved from 1000 msec to about 10 msec. For the request of "using the same network address across all locations, but wanting to avoid changing IP addresses as much as possible," we achieved an environment where the same network address can be used even if the locations are different by implementing Ether IP. We also implemented a semi-fixed IPv6 address that can be tracked with DDNS.
